1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By using GG Hair Salon’s services, clients expressly and irrevocably agree to these Terms.
1.2 All clients acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted these conditions when booking any service.

2. Booking System

2.1 Exclusive Reservations:

  • All appointments must be made exclusively through the Amelia Booking platform on our official website www.gghairsalon.vip

  • Phone, social media, or other booking methods will not be accepted.

2.2 Mandatory Confirmation:

  • Appointments are only valid after receiving Amelia’s automated confirmation.

3. Attendance and Punctuality Policy

3.1 Late Arrivals:

  • Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in:
    a) Proportional reduction of service time (without price adjustment), or
    b) Immediate cancellation if the stylist deems remaining time insufficient.

  • The decision (a/b) is at the assigned stylist’s discretion.

3.2 Rescheduling for Lateness:

  • If service is canceled due to lateness, the client must rebook via Amelia Booking, subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information:

  • Provide correct details (name, contact, requested service).

  • Disclose allergies, medical conditions, or hair sensitivities before service begins.

4.2 Timeliness:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to complete consent forms.

4.3 Device Usage:

  • Recording or photography without written salon authorization is prohibited.

5. Service Policies

5.1 Limited Warranties:

  • Results depend on the client’s natural hair condition.

  • Post-service adjustments must be requested within 72 hours, pending stylist evaluation.

5.2 Service Modifications:

  • GG Hair Salon may refuse or modify services that:

    • Risk the client’s hair integrity.

    • Exceed available time due to client delays.

5.3 Products:

  • Treatments include professional products.

  • The Salon is not liable for adverse reactions if aftercare instructions are not followed.

6. Salon Conduct

6.1 Strict Prohibitions:

  • Offensive language/gestures toward staff or other clients.

  • Unauthorized food consumption in service areas.

  • Speakerphone use during services.

6.2 Consequences:

  • Violations will result in immediate service termination without refund and permanent ban.

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 GG Hair Salon is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages (time loss, income, or events).

  • Amelia Booking technical issues or client connectivity failures.

  • Unmet expectations due to aftercare non-compliance.

7.2 Maximum Liability:

  • Refund of the unrendered service cost (excluding third-party fees).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All website content (photos, designs, text) is GG Hair Salon’s exclusive property.
8.2 Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Modifications

9.1 GG Hair Salon may unilaterally update these Terms.
9.2 Current versions will be available at www.gghairsalon.vip/terms-and-conditions.

10. Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms are governed by Illinois law.
10.2 Exclusive venue: Courts of Kane County, IL.
